1. How do I start my subscription plan for Aatmaya products?

You would require to register at www.aatmayafarms.com. Choose Aatmaya A2 Milk card under Products and click on Order. Enter quantity as needed, choose frequency, and subscribe to a product. For the payment of your order, you need to recharge on a prepaid basis.

2. How do I subscribe for a Trial Pack?

You would require to register at www.aatmayafarms.com. Choose Aatmaya A2 Milk Trial Pack card under Products and click and subscribe the product. To help you with the trial Pack subscription, Aatmaya team will contact you. For the payment of your order, you need to recharge on a prepaid basis.

3. How do I temporarily Stop/Modify a subscription while we are away or on a vacation?

You can modify your order as per your requirement by logging in to www.aatmayafarms.com. Go to My profile→ My account→ My orders. Here you can modify your order for the time period by entering in the dates that you are away on vacation. Select quantity 0 for pausing the subscription for the required number of days.

4. What is your refund policy for prepaid subscriptions?

5. What happens if I move to a different area/neighbourhood?

You can change your delivery location by logging in to www.aatmayafarms.com. Go to My profile→My account→your name→Edit Profile. Change the address here. Service will be provided if it is within the delivery area of Aatmaya Farms.

6. Can I change my subscription quantity and frequency?

Yes, you can change your subscriptions quantity any time you choose to. You can modify your order as per your requirement by logging in to www.aatmayafarms.com. Go to My profile→My account→ My orders.It has to be done a day prior; before 1pm for us to ensure delivery on the day you would like us to deliver the milk. The subscription frequency cannot be changed currently. Kindly contact our customer care in case you need to do that.

7. Can you provide milk in bulk for family functions?

Yes, we can provide milk in bulk for family functions. We would require to be informed a few days prior.

8. Can we visit your farm before we subscribe for the milk?

Yes, we would love to show you around. We do organize elaborate farm visits with a farm tour, lunch and product tasting.

9. What is the difference between Aatmaya Milk and any other regular milk?

Aatmaya milk is produced by Desi A2 cows. With its natural golden colour and amazing nutritional benefits, A2 milk is the way milk should look, taste and be enjoyed : as nature originally intended. It is pure, farm fresh and unadulterated milk of Desi A2 cows that are reared in their natural environment. They are allowed to roam free and not medicated for an increase in produce.

10. What are the benefits of drinking Aatmaya Milk?

Aatmaya’s Desi cow’s premium A2 milk is a great source of high-quality protein and casein. Casein has two common forms, Known as A1 & A2 beta-casein. However, our indigenous desi cow produces milk which contains A2 beta-casein protein, so it is called A2 milk.

11. I need only half litre a day, is there a subscription for the same?

We have FLEXIBLE & CONVENIENT subscription options. You can subscribe for 1 litre Aatmaya A2 Milk on alternate days. This would cater to your requirement. Currently, We do not sell milk in 500 ml packets.

12. Can we sample the milk before subscribing for it?

We have a 7 days Trial Pack scheme which can be combined with your regular milk subscription; if you would like to sample the Aatmaya A2 Milk. This is available to you at a cost. Kindly contact us for starting your trial pack.

To discover the good effects of Aatmaya A2 Milk, we suggest you consume it for a month. You can choose between daily, weekly or an alternate day subscription.

13. Do you charge for Home Deliveries ?

We deliver farm fresh milk directly to your doorstep without any delivery charges.

The other dairy and non dairy products are couriered to your address .This cost of delivery depends on your area/location. For deliveries across India, the courier charges will apply as per the area.

14. Why is my address listed as ‘out of delivery’ / ‘Non Service zone’ area?

Do not worry, we are constantly working on expanding our range/ network of delivery. We will gladly update you when we start delivery in your area.

15. When is the milk delivered?

The milk is delivered between 5am to 8 am.

16. How do I recharge my Aatmaya vault?

Go to My Profile→MyAccount→ My Vault → Fund Vault. You can recharge your Aatmaya Vault to your desired amount OR You can calculate how much you want to recharge for the month. You can Select your favourite payment option—Payment wallets/Credit/Debit/Amex card/UPI or Net Banking to recharge your Vault. You are all set and good to go! Your current balance will be reflected in My Account →My Vault section.

17. Where do I see my recharge details?

You can view all recharge details by going to ‘My Profile → My Account→ My Vault’

18. What is a cut-off time to Modify/ Pause/ Add subscription Orders?

Cut off time for milk subscription modification is 1 pm the day prior to ensure delivery on the day that you would like to receive milk. Cut-off time is the time post which the order gets processed for the next day’s delivery of milk. After this time, you will not be able to amend your milk Subscription order.

19. When would subscription order amount be reduced from My Vault?

Next day’s subscription order amount would be deducted from your vault at 12.30 pm. If the vault balance is not sufficient for your next day’s subscription order, you will get a low balance alert at 10 am.
